Yes! One free parking spot is included at a secure Premium Parking lot about a 2-minute walk from the building. You'll need to register your license plate before check-in. During peak UT or event nights, if the main lot is full, Premium Parking will provide access to an alternate spot at one of 2 nearby lots (5-minute walk).

We provide ultra-high speed 1Gbps WiFi - perfect for streaming, remote work, video calls, and multiple devices. There are dedicated desks in 2 bedrooms, and the space is climate-controlled for comfortable remote work. You'll have the fastest internet available in Austin.

The apartment sleeps 8 comfortably with 5 beds: 2 queen beds in bedrooms, full-over-full bunk beds (comfortable for adults), and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom has hotel-quality linens, smart TV with Netflix, and blackout blinds.

Our property requires navigating stairs to access the unit. There are approximately 8-10 steps from street level to the entrance, and additional steps within the unit. Please note that we do not have an elevator and the property is not wheelchair accessible.

Self check-in with a unique smart-lock code sent before arrival - no need to meet in person or pick up keys. Detailed arrival instructions and parking directions are provided in your digital guide so you can go straight from your car to the door.

We're happy to assist with return shipping for forgotten items. A $50 handling fee plus actual shipping cost applies. We hold items securely for 7 days. For packages, please contact us in advance as we have limited package handling capacity.
